Thursday- 7:15PM - 7:45PM
Friday- 4:00PM - 5:00PM (Sparring and Applications)
*All Classes are 75 - 105 minutes and include fitness, martial skills training, active sparring, stretching, and meditation ​with different focuses throughout the week.
