Tuesday (Hand-to-Hand Focus) - 6:00PM - 7:00PM

Wednesday (Weapons-Focus)    - 7:00PM - 8:30PM

Thursday (Hand-to-Hand Focus) - 6:00PM - 7:00PM

Sunday (Tai Chi / Qi Gong Focus) - 10:00AM - 11:45PM​

Wednesday - 6:30PM - 7:00PM

*All Classes are 60 - 105 minutes and include fitness, martial skills training, active sparring, stretching, and meditation ​with different focuses throughout the week.
